"End of Blogging"

I am so happy because this is the last blog entry needed so that I can already comply the requirements for English II. After this blog entry, I can already rest and be relaxed because I’m not going to think about topics anymore and I can already sleep early and rest and rest.

I’ve been stressed out for the past few days because I had sleepless nights because of this blog project. And now, I am much excited because this is the end of my suffering. I can already sleep early and I will not think about topics to talk to anymore and I will no longer compose compositions about some topics.

This blog project also helped me in some ways like enhancing my writing skills, my composition skills, my skills in using English language in writing, and so many other skills. This project is useful in that way but it is also tiring and really needs patience and I’m so grateful that I came at this point that I already reached the number of entries required. At first, I really thought that I will not make it because I’m not good in writing especially when using the English language. But because of waiting patiently, continuing to make some compositions, and asking help form others, I am able to accomplish my task which is to post nineteen blog entries and this entry is the last and final.

It really took me a lot of time composing my blog entries. It also got much of my money because I need to rent a computer in order to post my compositions and it also took much of my time because during the past few days, my time schedule was only allotted for this blog project and I didn’t think of other things but blog, blog, blog.

But now, as I reached this point, I felt a great feeling in me. I can finally rest my brain from thinking of the topics that I’m going to talk to and I can now spend my time doing other things. The past days were really hard and stressful for me because the deadline is fast approaching and I only had one fourth of the required entries and I reached a point where I can’t think of topics to talk about anymore. But now, it is a great thing to think that I have already accomplished the required posts.

It is already late in the evening but I’m still making this blog entry. But it is okay because after this, there will be no more blog entries to work on. I don’t have much to say right now but I am writing whatever I think of just to finish this blog entry. Yes! I’m almost done. Just a few more words and this is finished.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank sir Elmer because of him, my writing skills enhanced and I learned many things about blogging just because of this blog project.

"Buddy"

Buddy is one of Tiny’s first batch puppies. He is Tiny’s son. If you don’t know who tiny is, she is my pet dog. Buddy was one of Tiny’s first puppies. There were seven of them but he is the only one here with us.

Tiny took good care of Buddy and his siblings. When they grew up, it was now the time for them to be given away because we cannot afford to take care of seven puppies. They were slowly taken by people but then, nobody got Buddy. We don’t know why. Maybe because he didn’t look good that time. Honestly, he was really ugly that time. He has long nose, long ears, and short legs. Because nobody got him, we were forced to take care of him and we did took care of him until now.

As Buddy grew, we realized that he is not ugly at all. We found out that he was cute! His long nose, long ears, and short feet make him look awesome. As he continued to grow, we were able to appreciate his beauty and we treated him as a special member of the family. Buddy was a playful dog and now, even if he is already old, he still sometimes go and play with our other dogs.

Like Tiny, Buddy was also a great help to us. He was the very reason why no robber was able to get in our house. He is a really wild dog. If you look at him, probably you will be scared because of his wild look. Unlike Tiny, Buddy has bitten a lot of people. He even bit innocent people who just walk near our house. I don’t understand this dog because he will just stand until the person walking gets near and when the person is few steps away, that is the time he bites it. This dog got us into so much trouble because he likes to fight with other male dogs and he always wins the fight. It is amazing that he is still alive even if he has bitten a lot of times already. That just proves that he does not have rabies.

One time, my uncle decided to take Buddy to their house and he stayed there for a long time. We thought that he will be able to stay there without bringing any heartache to my uncle but we were wrong. Buddy destroyed a lot of things there. He even killed chickens in the neighborhood. And so, they decided to return him to us. Now, Buddy is still with us but not like before, Buddy is now chained because he just bit our new neighbor on the leg but good for us that he was just calm. Now, we make sure that Buddy is chained and we only free him in the night because there are no people walking on the streets during the night. But even if he gave us a lot of heartaches, we still love him and we will still take good care of him as what we did while he was still a puppy.

"My dog Tiny"

When I was in grade four, a classmate of mine gave me a puppy. This puppy was very cute. It was small when I first saw it that’s why I named it Tiny. The puppy was a girl. Her fur is like that of a tiger. And her ears make her wild.

I took good care of this puppy. In fact, she is still living with me. I fed her always and let her drink milk. There were also times that I let her sleep in my room. I really took good care of her until she became bigger and became a mother. I was there during her first time of producing puppies. I can still remember what happened that time. It was early in the morning and I was looking for her because she was nowhere to be found. But then, in our empty pig pen, I saw her head looking outside the hole of the wall. I immediately went near her and shockingly, I saw seven cute puppies. Tiny takes good care of her puppies. In fact, she gets mad when our other animals go near her puppies. She also let her puppies drink milk even during the time when they already have teeth. Now, it is her fifth time of producing puppies. But still, she is not tired of taking care of her puppies. Tiny is a very loving mother. She makes sure that her puppies are secured and she leaves the others if one puppy is missing. She doesn’t let other animals go near her puppies but she allows humans to go near because she trusts humans.

Aside from being a good mother to her puppies, Tiny also has been a great help to us in protecting our house from robbers. Almost all our neighbors have been robbed but us, there were only attempts but these attempts were hindered by our guard dog, Tiny. She really helped in barking those strangers passing by our house. But she never did bit a single person. She only barks on them.

Tiny has also been helpful in killing the rats in our house. She has a good sense of smell. She immediately knows if there are rats hiding nearby and she will look for them and will never stop unless she catches them. Tiny has killed a lot of rats already and the rats that she killed are really enormous rats.

Tiny is a very brave dog! She is not afraid of anything. She is not afraid to die. In fact, there were already so many instances where she almost died because of fighting with other dogs but still she continues on fighting with them. There was also a time when she was hit by a car but it was not that hard. She was still able to walk after that but you can see in her look that she is hurt. But, she really is not afraid to die because today, he continues to cross the busy streets and it seems like she is playing with the cars.

Tiny was indeed a great help to us. She also inspired me in many ways. But now, I have a really big problem. We need to get rid of her because we will transfer to another house and no dogs are allowed in that house and it will be very hard for me to let go of her because she’s already part of my life and she was with me as I walked this world through the years.

"What a UP student is not"

Many people say that UP students are bright, smart, intelligent, and so on. In fact, if they hear the word UP, it seems like they are shocked or something. Maybe, they think UP is the highest school in earth and that UP students are the masters of the universe and that UP students are head of all. That’s a big mistake! UP students are not the head and masters of the world. They are just ordinary students trained well and taught well. Yes, we are a little advanced but that doesn’t make UP students head of other students in other schools. Maybe they just think that way because they don’t know what UP students really are.

UP students for me, are violators. Yes, we are violators. I can say that because many of my schoolmates, including me, violate the school rules. The rule that most UP students violate is the wearing of ID. Inside the campus, students should wear his or her proper uniform and that includes the ID. But as what I have observed, many students don’t wear they ID. It is also a violation if boys don’t comply the proper haircut. But many of the boys in UP don’t comply the proper haircut and that includes me. UP students are also not allowed to bring cell phones. But many of my classmates and schoolmates bring cell phones in the campus. With that, I can say that UP students are not good followers.

Up students are also copiers. I can say that we are copiers because if we have assignments, we don’t do it at home. We do it at school so that we can copy the answers of our classmates. Up students are also dead liners. Yes. It is true. Whenever we have projects, there are just few students who pass their projects ahead. Most of them pass their work during the deadline and some even pass their projects days after the deadline.

Another is that, UP students are not good in all subjects. In fact, many of us in our classroom are struggling to get a high grade in Mathematics. This really is a hard subject for us. There are also students who are struggling in English. Not all UP students are good in speaking English. Many of us don’t know much in speaking English but we are still practicing and we are doing our best in order to develop our speaking skills. There are also many students especially in the second year who are struggling in the subject, Social Science. When I was in elementary, our social science was very easy but now in UP, it is very hard!

Most of all, UP students are not shameful. In short, we have no shame! In fact, one fourth year student before told me that, if you enter UP, you should have no shame. Before, during my elementary years, I am a shameful kind of guy and I am ashamed to show what I’m really is but as I entered UP, it seems like my face doubled! I have slowly developed and got rid of being a turtle hiding in its shell. I now show people what really Aiden is and what my real attitude is.

Now, think about it. Do you think UP students are that good? You better think twice.

A summary of Max Schulman's "Love is a Fallacy"

The narrator in the story is logical, keen, calculating, perspicacious, acute, and astute. He is very brilliant and he was only eighteen. He has a room mate, named Petey, who is dumb. He is an emotional type, unstable, impressionable, and worst of all, a faddist.

One afternoon, the narrator found Petey lying on his bed with an expression of such distress on his face. The narrator told him not to move and that he will call a doctor. But then, Petey mumbled the word raccoon. The narrator asked him what he is trying to say and he said that he needs a raccoon coat. The narrator asked him why he wants a raccoon coat and he said that raccoon coat are not nice but then he replied that he will do anything just to have a raccoon coat. Then, the narrator thought about Polly. Polly is Petey’s girl. The narrator likes this girl. Polly is a beautiful girl, gracious, and had an ease of bearing but not that smart. But he puts into mind that he can teach Polly about the things that she doesn’t know.

Then, the narrator asked Petey if he has a special relationship with Polly but he said that they are not in a relationship but they are meeting sometimes. Then, the narrator got a bag and placed some things in it and he told Petey that he will go home.

When he came back to the dormitory, he brought a raccoon coat for Petey. When Petey saw the coat, he was delighted and was very happy and he immediately asked what the payment is if he will have the coat. Then the narrator told him that he will have the coat if he can have Petey’s girl, Polly. Petey replied that he doesn’t agree with him. But not long after, Petey could not stop his self, he really likes the coat. And so, he agreed with the narrator and they made a deal.

Then, the narrator immediately asked Polly for a date out. First, he took Polly to eat dinner. After eating, Polly said, “Gee, that was a delish dinner,". Then he took her to a movie. "Gee, that was a marvy movie," she said as they left the theater. And then he took her home. "Gee, I had a sensaysh time," she said as she bade the narrator goodnight.

He felt bad and decided to give Polly back to Petey but then he decided to try and teach Polly. He wants to teach Polly how to think. In their next date, he took Polly to the Knoll and Talk. "Oo, terrif," said Polly after hearing that they’re going over to the Knoll and Talk. Polly asked what they will talk about and then he said that they will talk about logic.

"Logic," he said, clearing his throat, "is the science of thinking. Before we can think correctly, we must first learn to recognize the common fallacies of logic. These we will take up tonight."

He taught Polly about fallacies and cited some examples but at first, Polly was confused and did not understand but in the last kind of fallacy, she was able to think and answer correctly. This fallacy was about “Poisoning the Well”.

After that night, the narrator decided to ask Polly’s decision to go steady with him. But in every thing he said, Polly was able to answer him a fallacy that he taught her and he was really impressed. But Polly said that she will not go steady with him. She told him that she will go steady with Petey. Then the narrator compares his self to Petey. He said that he is brilliant and Petey is not but Polly told him that he is poisoning the well. The narrator then asked why she chooses Petey and she said that "He's got a racoon coat."

"Reaction on Max Schulman's Love is a Fallacy"

After reading Max Schulman’s “Love is a Fallacy”, I had many reactions regarding what happened in the story and what the characters did especially on the narrator. According to Max Schulman, love is a fallacy. And for me, love really is a fallacy. It is something that is believed to be truth but is erroneous. Many of us don’t know that there are times when love, which we think to be truth, is erroneous just like what happened in Max Schulman’s “Love is a Fallacy”.

I liked the story especially the last part because the girl, who is Polly, really learned and put in mind what the narrator taught her and she was able to use those information in answering what the narrator said. Her answers were exactly the same as what the narrator taught her. For me, the narrator made a really big mistake. He shouldn’t make the deal with Petey. What he did was really not good. He made a deal with Petey just to get Polly. Even though he knew that Polly was Petey’s girl, he still looked for a way just to get Polly form Petey.

Polly was not that brilliant. Fore me, what the narrator did, which is teaching Polly about Fallacies is good. But I think he should not do it so that he could take Polly from Petey and be his wife. I saw that Polly really took what the narrator taught her heartily and she really placed all the information in her head. Because she really took them heartily, she was able to answer what the narrator told her when he was about to ask her decision to go steady with her. And what she answered really fit what the narrator said. It was like what he taught Polly was coming back to him and he was not able to debate with her because he taught Polly to think and answer those kind of things.

I really like the last part especially the part when Polly made her decision to go steady with Petey. The narrator had nothing much to say but to compare his self from Petey. He said that he is more brilliant than Petey and that Petey is dull. But Polly told him what he taught her, which is “Poisoning the Well”. He was indeed poisoning the well. He was destroying Petey’s reputation just to have Polly but she still chose to go steady with Petey. And that’s the part when the narrator was really mad at Petey and he was saying words against Petey. Then the narrator asked Polly why he chooses Petey and she answered that she liked him because he has a raccoon coat. And it is sort of hurting because he was the one who gave Petey the raccoon coat when they two made a deal and it feels bad for the narrator because he really did a great mistake and it was his entire fault. If only he did not long to take Polly from Petey, what happened might not happen and he might still have a chance to go steady with Polly.

"Our Pets"

We had a lot of pets before. But now, we only have dogs and cats because the others are already dead. The pets that we had before are chickens, pigs, goats, and fishes but now we only have three adult dogs and two cats.

Before, we had a lot of chickens in our backyard. We started from few chicks and they grew up and produced new chicks and again they grew up and produced another batch of chicks. We had chickens that are colored gray, orange, white, black, and others. But some of them died because of rats and others are already eaten by us.

We also had two goats. They were male and female. We were hoping that they would produce baby goats but unfortunately, the male goat died because of a certain illness that’s why we sold the other to the eatery near our house and they cooked it and sold it.

We also had a lot of fishes before. We had fishes colored orange, white, yellow, red, and others. But they one by one died until the only one left is the janitor fish and we still placed it in the aquarium and we didn’t buy new fishes because we were afraid that what happened might happen again to our new fishes. But not long after, the janitor fish died.

We also had two pigs before. They were all female pigs. We were also hoping that they could produce new pigs but the babies were premature because the mother pig was very scared of the fireworks because it was Christmas that time. Many of the baby piglets came out dead and there were some who were alive. But not long after, they died until only one piglet was left. When the night came, when the mother pig was sleeping, she accidentally rolled over the baby piglet and so it died. Because they didn’t produce any babies, we just decided to cook them and sell some of their parts.

We also have many pet dogs. Our very first pet dog was Bogs. But he is already dead right now. Next to Bogs, we had Tiny. Unlike the pigs and the goats, Tiny bore a lot of puppies and I think she bore more or less five generations of puppies. One of her first puppies, Buddy, is still here with us right now. Next to Buddy, we had a lot of puppies and some of them died and some were given away. Now, the only dogs that are with us are Tiny, Buddy, Razor, and two puppies.

We also had many cats before. But now, we only have two. We also had many kittens before but most of them died because they don’t have any mother because we just found them by the road. The others died because they were run over by a car. And some died because of sickness. Our cats never produced any kittens but we had a lot of them because they just came into our house and lived with us the rest of their lives.

These pets have special memories to me and I will never forget them because I had a hard time taking care of them because I was assigned to feed them every morning and every night.

M.C.R. Songs

I really like the songs of the band “My Chemical Romance”. Their songs are really cool and it rocks my head off! The first song that I heard from them is the song entitled “Ghost of You”. I first heard this song when I still didn’t know about the band My Chemical Romance. The next song that I heard from them is the song that is now popular, “Welcome to the Black Parade”. This song really rocks! At the first part of the song, the tune is not so fast but when it reaches the part near the chorus, the tune will now be fast and everything’s rocking. I like the song because it is very noisy and I also like its tune. The video of the song is also way cool! The props, background, parade, and setting makes the video cool. I also like their faces in the video because of their hair especially Gerard’s hair which is colored white and also Bob’s hair which is emo.

If you don’t know about the lyrics of the song, it goes like this,

The next song that I heard from them is the song entitled “Helena”. This song also rocks! Just like the song “Welcome to the Black Parade”, at first, the tune of the song is slow but then it becomes fast near the chorus part. I like the tune of this song and I also like the video especially during the chorus part because the people In the chapel rises up together and sings the chorus. I also like the part when they danced and the part when they carried the coffin. Gerard’s face was also cool in this video because his hair is still long. I also liked Bob in the video because he is still fat in the and he is cute if he is fat.

The next song that I heard from them is their song entitled “Famous Last Words”. This song is my favorite among all their songs. Today, this song is popular and it really rocks! I like the tune of this song. I also like the video. It is really cool! The fire effects make the video cool and I also like the setting which is on the sand. I also like their faces in the video especially Gerard’s face because it is very funny and he really looks like a clown. I also like the chorus because it says that he is not afraid to live and he’s not afraid to be alone in his journey around the world.

"The House I will Never Forget"

We, my family and I, are currently residing at our house in Happy Valley. We don’t own the house. We are just renting it from a family friend. The house is really nice and big. It’s very old that’s why the color is not that good and there are some holes on the walls, roof, and other parts. But it is a good place to dwell in. I am very relaxed when I’m inside that house.

We lived in this house since year two thousand one. So, we lived here for almost six years already and many things happened to us as we lived in this house for almost six years. But I am very sad hearing what my parents said that we will transfer to another house near to where they work because housing is free for those who are employed there. It is really hard for me to leave this house because we’ve stayed here for almost six years and we had many happenings and experiences in this house. If the time for us to transfer comes, I’m sure that it will take me lot of time to adjust.

One thing that I will not forget in this house is the animals and pets that we raised. We really had many animals before but many of them are already dead and the sad thing is that we buried some of them at the backyard of this house and we can’t bring them to our new house. The animals that are buried there are dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, chickens, goat and others. Before, we had many chickens in our backyard and also two pigs but now, they are all dead but I can still remember them because of this house. We also had two goats but the other one died and we sold the other to the eatery near our house. We also had many dogs before and now, we only have three adults and two puppies. Our very first pet dog in that house was Bogs. He lived with us for a very long time but he came into a time that he is already full of wounds because of his oldness that’s why we called the dog pound and let them take him. But it was hard for me seeing him taken by the pound but it is harder to see if we let him suffer. His memory will always stay in that house.

The other things that I can’t forget from this house are the fruit-bearing trees that we have. We have many trees in this house. These trees are namely, coconut tree, guava tree, tambis tree, tamarind, and others. We harvested a lot of fruits from these trees especially the tamarind. We also harvested many guavas from our guava tree and we even made “guava jam” before.

The other thing that I can’t forget from this house is that during start of classes, the weather is not that good because it always rain and our house is always flooded that time and the water can get as high as our knees. It is still fresh in my memory the time when the water came inside our house one summer and we were all in a hurry putting our things up the tables, and other high places so that they don’t get wet. I also remember the time when the water level outside our house was higher than our knees. Our dogs were very happy that time swimming in the muddy waters.

I had so many experiences in that house and it is really very hard for me to leave the house and transfer to another because it seems like my heart belongs to that house and it is already part of my life.

_sweetCHILI

_sweetCHILI is my very first character in the game called “Ran Online”. He is a member of the sword section. In short, he is a swordsman. I created him some months after the beginning of classes in the year 2006. Actually, I had many two characters before _sweetCHILI but I deleted them because there were some mistakes in their stats. After deleting them, _sweetCHILI was then born.

If you wonder why I named this character _sweetCHILI, it is because sweetchili is one of my favorite foods. I always eat sweetchili and I often use all my money just to buy this delicious food. Back to my character, he is under the Sacred Gate Campus. By the way, he is in the server named ALAB. _sweetCHILI is a swordsman that is in power type. He was one of my inspirations before and I always think of him every time and everywhere. _sweetCHILI looks cool and handsome. His hair is colored red and his face looks really mad. I was very addicted to this character before but then I stopped playing computer games and almost forgot about him.

Because I stopped playing Ran with _sweetCHILI, he did not really reach a very high level. He is only in level sixty seven. He is now wearing a complete shogun set and is using a weapon for swordsmen which are in power type, blade. The blade that he’s using is called “Broadblade”. The blade has the element poison. The blade also looks nice and the design is also nice.

Before I stopped playing with _sweetCHILI, I often joined parties and leveled up at the “Trading Hole”. But before you can enter the trading hole, you need to accomplish the quest with the “corrupted hound”. And I successfully accomplished that quest. Honestly, it took me several times repeating the quest because _sweetCHILI always died but then after several tries, I was still able to finish the quest and entered the so-called “Trading Hole”.

As what I’ve said, _sweetCHILI is only in level sixty seven. But it is very fortunate for him to reach level sixty seven because in that level, a new skill will be learned which is the “Jumping Slash”. The skill enables _sweetCHILI to jump and slash its enemies. I really like this skill especially when _sweetCHILI jumps. But of course, it is not the only skill that _sweetCHILI has. He also has the skills X-strike, Dual Slash, Kick Slash, and Bloodlust. His first skill, which is X-strike enables him to strike his enemies hitting many target quantities. His second skill, which is Dual Slash, enables him to strike and slash his enemies. His third skill, which is Kick Slash enables him to kick and slash his enemies and his other skill, which his bloodlust is a buff and is very useful for him but he can only use this buff skill for his self.

I will never forget _sweetCHILI and he will stay in my mind forever because he was ones my inspiration and he also helped me in some ways like making me happy when I have problems and curing my sadness when I am lonely.

Ran Online

Ran Online is one of my favorite games. I really like this game because it is fun and I really like the effects of the skills. It is a nice game to play and I like the faces of the characters because they look like real people.

Ran Online is a game about three schools or campuses namely Sacred Gate, Mystic Peak, and Phoenix Campus. These three schools train students to fight against monsters and other evil creatures around the campus and even in other maps of the game. The students that are trained are classified into four classes. These classes are the Brawler class, Swordsman, Archer and Shaman. Brawlers can use their hands and feet in fighting and they use Gauntlets for their hands. The Swordsmen use either a blade or a sword depending if he is intelligence type, power type, or dexterity type. The archers use bows to fight their enemies while the Shaman casts magic and support characters by their healing and buff spells.

The enemies of this game are monsters. Some of them are the Hooligans, Bandits, Onslaughts, Street Junkies, Punks, Gangsters, Blood Hunters, and many more! I really like the looks of the monsters because they look like real. All the maps of the game has monsters but there are some monsters that are not in other schools.

Players can undergo quest in order to attain gold, experience or better items. Quests really help the characters a lot! It does not only give gold but also experience and some items like gloves, rings, and others. Quests also make characters attain life points which are needed by the characters. Life points also help the characters a lot.

Players can not only fight monsters. They can duel with other characters whether high level or not. In the dueling, characters don’t lose and gain experience. It is just a way of testing the skills and proving your strength.

One of the reasons why I like this game is because of the weapons. I really like the weapons in this game and I like its looks especially the swords and blades of the Swordsmen which are enormous. Swords and Blades are my favorite items in this game because they are big and their designs are nice. Among the blades and swords, I like blades better because of their nice designs and the structure is also nice. I also like the bows especially the large ones because they also look nice and cool. But I like the weapons of the swordsmen better than the weapons of the archer.

For gaining much experience, it is better to join parties than working alone because in parties, the experience that every member gets from every monster killed is shared by the party members. Parties can only contain eight members and the most important and most needed member of parties is the shaman because the shaman is the one who heals the lives of the members and they also give buffs which are very helpful for the other members. It is also needed that parties have lurers or the ones who lure monsters.

To keep on leveling, continue to join parties and get some quests and other stuffs in order to attain much experience.

"My Experiences in Molave Street- Part II"

ATTENTION: READ FIRST PART1 BEFORE READING THIS.

In the first part of “My Experiences in Molave Street”, I talked about my experiences with Ranjie Yu and Allan Torrefalma. Now, in the second part of my experiences, I’m going to talk about my experiences with James Chua and Joey Ian Lañojan. My experiences with them are embarrassing and funny. I was not the one embarrassed but I’m going to talk about it because I was there when the events happened.

First, I will talk about my experience with James. Just like what Ranjie and I did, James and I also walked together because we went ahead of our other walk mates. We were happily walking through the street until we reached the street near the terminal. Across us, we saw Nezzy and Faith together with Gener. They also saw us. After seeing us, Faith immediately ran and approached us. As we saw Faith approaching, James decided to run so that we can get rid of her. I did not run so James held my hand and he ran with his back facing the direction we were going to. Because he was not facing the right direction, he did not see the rock on the ground so he fell with his back facing the ground. It was very embarrassing because many people saw him and it was beside the main road. And the worst thing is that James’ crush saw the incident. It was really embarrassing. But we still managed to laugh.

Next, I will talk about my experience with Joey. This time, we were not walking alone. We were many that time. The incident really did not happen in Molave. It happened near the Ayala entrance. We crossed the street going to the entrance of the mall but there are railings beside the road that’s why we can’t enter. We need to walk and reach the end of the railings in order to get in. But because we were lazy that time, we didn’t like to walk so far. And so, we just climbed the railings and jumped over. As I climbed the railings, I noticed that Joey was in an upside-down position because his foot got entangled between the spaces of the railings. He was really in upside-down position. His hands were already touching the ground and his feet were above his head. It was a really funny scene and nobody was able to help him because we were all in a hurry so that we will not be caught by the CITOM. Joey was in that position for halft a minute and he was able to help his self. The good news is that he didn’t have any wounds. The only painful thing about the incident is the shame he received. But after the incident, again, we still managed to laugh and went home with smiles in our faces.

I had still many funny experiences as I walked through the Molave Street but I’m going to talk about them on the next part of “My Experiences in Molave Street”.

"My Experiences in Molave Street- Part I"

I experienced many things in Molave Street. Some are good and some are embarrassing. But I am going to talk about the most embarrassing happenings that happened to me and my friends in that street.

Me and my friends often pass by Molave Street as we go home because we will take a ride at Ayala terminal and I think I can save if I walk from the school to Ayala because I will only take one ride to go home. Many walking moments passed by and many things happened to us as we walked through the street.

First, I will share my experience with Allan Torrefalma. Allan and I, together with our other friends and classmates, were walking in that street. When we arrived at the dark area of the street, Paul Ivan shouted that there was a white lady. Upon hearing him, Allan and I, and the rest of the boys were now running as fast as we could. Allan was running ahead of me. Upon running, Allan lost his balance and then fell on the ground. Because I was behind him, I also fell on the ground because his foot blocked me. I was not that hurt and in fact, I didn’t feel any pain at all. But as I saw Allan, I could really say that he is hurt because he could barely stand. When he stood, we saw that his knees are full of wounds. But we still managed to laugh after the event happened.

Next, I will share my experience with Ranjie Yu. This time, we were the only two who walked because we went ahead our other walk mates. We were quietly walking through the street. When we arrived at the cross section of the street, a very big bus just turned to the direction where we were. Now, the bus was approaching us. Molave Street is not that big so the bus had a hard time making the turn that’s why Ranjie and I needed to go closer to the wall so that the bus will fit without hurting us. We were in a hurry going to the wall and we didn’t notice that there was a canal. The canal did not really look like a canal because it was covered with grass. Without knowing that it was a canal, we hurriedly jumped in and I was really shocked because I felt the cold and sticky water of the canal and the water was as deep as the height of my shoes. Good for me that I only jumped with my left foot. Good for Ranjie also because he was able to hold to the wall because I was the first one who jumped in. But still, we also managed to laugh.

There were still many things that happened to us as we walked through the street but those two are the most embarrassing of them all. Though we experienced many embarrassing moments in that street, we are still walking through it and we will continue to pass by the Molave Street because the things that happened to us will serve as a remembrance.

My Chemical Romance

M.C.R. or My Chemical Romance is one of my favorite foreign bands. The members of the band are really cool guys. Their looks, their songs, and the way they sing and play the songs really make me lose control. I really love some of their songs because of the tune and the beat. I knew about this band just a few months ago but it seems like I already know this band for years!

Honestly, I knew about this band just a few months ago because of their song “Welcome to the Black Parade.” During the first time I heard this song, I really appreciated it and I immediately searched for the lyrics of the song and learned the tune of the song. Of course, if you love the song a lot, you will search who the singer is or the band who sang the song. So, I searched about the band, the members, and other stuffs. The band members are Gerard Way, his brother Mikey Way, Frank Iero, Bob Bryar, and the guy with a curly hair, but I don’t know what his name is. Among the members of the band, my favorite is Mikey Way. I really like his look and the way he plays the guitar. He is really good in playing the guitar. I also like the other members but of course he is my favorite.

I always listen to their songs. Their songs really blasts my head off! Every time I listen to their songs, I really feel like rocking and I really can’t stop myself from rocking and rocking! Their songs are always on my mind. I really love their songs a lot! I always sing their songs. Even if I am doing something, I still sing their songs. Some of their songs which are my favorite are, Welcome to the Black Parade, Helena, and many more. Among all their songs, my favorite is “Welcome to the Black Parade.” I really like this song and this is the first song that I heard from them. I really like the tune of this song. At first, it is slow but then the beat becomes fast and the way they sing the song is really very noisy! Aside from the tune, I also like the video. Although I don’t understand the video very much, there is something in it that really got me. Yes, the video is very cool and the effects are very nice.

I also admire their looks. Their cool faces really drop my heart off. Aside from their cool faces, I also admire their hair. These guys are emo and I really admire their hair that’s why my friends and I always style our hair just like theirs. Bob Bryar, their drummer, has really long bangs and I like its style. It’s totally cool! I really want to have a hairstyle like Bob Bryar’s.

This band is really a cool band. And that’s the reason why I love this band. For me, this is the best band that I’ve ever knew. The way they play, their cool looks, their songs, their styles, and the members really makes this band so cool!

Know Your School Day

Being taught by a classmate during the “Know Your School Day” event is quite fun for me. For those who applied to a position, of course they had a great experience because they experienced how teaching is, its difficulties, and its fun stuffs. They also experienced how teachers feel during discussions and how it feels if they have really naughty students. I did not apply to any position so I didn’t have the chance to experience how teachers feel while they are teaching in front of students. Though, being taught by my fellow students is still a great experience for me.


I somehow had some fun during the “Know Your School Day” event. Being taught by a fellow student is really a great experience. Having students teach fellow students really helps in some ways. There is a really greater interaction if students teach their fellow students. Students being taught are not that scared to ask questions to the student teaching because it’s their fellow student and they’ve been close friends because they are staying in one classroom and good friends have a great interaction with each other. Of course, if there is a great interaction, the students being taught will learn and understand the lessons easily and fast.

It is also helpful in the way that the teachers teaching are about our age and they know what students like during discussions and what they don’t like during discussions. Of course, teenagers really like to have fun. So, our student teachers made some games for us and of course the games are connected to the lessons. They also made the discussions fun, and not boring by making some jokes, and other fun stuffs. I really don’t want to get in a boring class. It really makes me sick. The students teaching us know how it feels when you are in a boring class because I know that they are experiencing that sometimes. So, the students teaching us made those games and other fun stuffs for us to enjoy the discussions and that really made me have some great fun!

Aside from having great fun, I also learned some new lessons from our discussions and I also learned some new teaching styles to use during discussions and I’m sure it will be a great help for me in the future. I also found out who among my classmates have a future of being a great teacher someday and I found few of them, but they are not that good yet. They also serve as an inspiration for me of being a great teacher someday because honestly, I really don’t know how to teach. I’m not that good in teaching. But I know that I will develop my skills in teaching and they will serve as my inspiration for now.

The best part during the event is the receiving of the awards. Receiving an award is really nice. Of course, all the students who taught us during the event received their own awards and I am really happy for them. Although I did not receive any certificate as an award, I still received a very important award. It is the experience of being taught by a fellow student.

Effects of Playing Computer Games

Playing computer games is one of my favorite pastimes. It really makes me feel good whenever I play. Playing computer games also makes me happy. It also cures some of my problems. These are just some of the effects of computer games to me, actually, good effects. Computer games, though, has good effects. But aside from the good effects, playing computer games also brings bad effects to me.

I’ve been a computer addict since I was in grade six. I was really addicted to computer games and I could not stop playing those games. Computer games really brought a lot of good effects on me. It makes me happy, makes me feel good, inspires me somehow, cures some of my problems, and many more. But, aside from the good effects of playing computer games, it also has really bad effects on me.

Being a computer addict really needs a lot of money because you need to pay for the rental of the computer that you used in the internet café, if you don’t have your own computer. Sometimes, it takes me five hours to finish playing a game and renting a computer for five hours is very expensive. It really affected my savings a lot. Without knowing, my money slowly depleted and I was really shocked when I found out that I didn’t save that much at the end of that month. I really felt bad because I spent a lot of money just because of those games.

Computer games also affected my performance in school. My grades became lower because of being a computer addict. My time for studying was really converted to those games. Instead of going to school early to study, I always go to school early just to play computer games. And instead of going home early, I often go home very late because I just stay in the internet café playing those games. I really forget all my school obligations because every time I arrive at home, I then feel sleepy and tired and I can’t study my lessons anymore because I immediately go to bed and sleep. At the end of the grading period, my parents were really disappointed because of my performance at school. Playing computer games really makes a person dull!

Computer games really consumes a lot of time. It really ruined my schedules. Instead of spending my time with my family and friends, I often spend the rest of my time at the internet café and play computer games. I even forget my household chores just because of playing computer games. It also teaches me violence. My real world was really converted to the world of computer games. Whenever I have to go with my friends, I always arrive late because of those games.

Playing computer games also made me look ugly because I wake up early in the morning just to play computer games and I sleep late at night just to play and play. It ruined my eyes, and my face. Now, I wear eyeglasses because I can’t see clearly anymore and I have really big eye bags because I forget to sleep because of playing computer games.

My Instrument...

I really love music very much. I love listening to any kind of music. Because I love to listen to music, I also love to play musical instruments. I play some musical instruments but my favorite instrument is the drums. I love this instrument because it feels good whenever I hit it and whenever I do the drum rolls. I can also express my feelings whenever I play this instrument. I started playing the drums when I was in grade six. A friend of mine taught me how to play this instrument and it was just for free.

My first drum lesson was really hard for me, It was really very hard for me to coordinate my hands and feet. I really couldn’t coordinate my hands and feet and it seems like I was not interested to learn anymore because honestly, it was really hard. Although I was not interested anymore, I still came to his lessons but I just did it for fun and my mind was not open for learning anymore. But as I slowly practiced, I slowly got the pattern and I coordinated my hands and feet and I can already play some songs with just simple beatings. I was again interested to learn more of how to play the instrument. After how many months of learning and practicing, my drum skills improved and I can now hit the drums better than before and my drum rolls improved and it was better than my drum rolls before.

Until now, I still play the drums and I think I will continue to play the drums until I have kids. I don’t have drum lessons anymore and my friend can’t teach me anymore. Now, what I do so I can learn is, just listening to some songs and carefully, I listen to the drums and the way the drummer hit it and do the rolls. After listening, I then try to play the song and try to follow the way the drummer played the drums. Most of the songs that I listen to are songs that have fast beatings because I prefer playing fast music than slow ones.

Playing the drums is really fun for me. It really feels good whenever I hit it and whenever I do the rolls because it seems like my heart is jumping and rocking for joy. Whenever I play the instrument, it my heart really feels good and it relieves my sadness and sometimes cures my problems. It is also a good exercise for me because I move many parts of my body whenever I play it. After playing the drums, I really feel happy and I feel like relieved from my problems. The drums is really my instrument. Of all the instruments that I play, this is the only one that expresses my feelings a lot. I think this instrument is going to be my instrument until I become old but even if the drums is my favorite, I still continue to play other instruments.

Computer Games

Playing computer games has been one of my addictions since I was in Grade six. I really love to play computer games because I’m happy whenever I play. I play a lot of computer games. The first computer game that I played was counter strike. It’s really a fun game. I was addicted to this game when I was in grade six and until now, I still play this game.

When I was in first year, my classmates introduced to me an online game which is Gunbound Philippines. Without any doubts, I registered and played the game. It was also nice and fun. I played Gunbound all the time and I was addicted to it.

After how many months, my classmates introduced to me another online game which is Gunz. This game is similar to counter strike but it’s online and counter strike is not. I was also addicted to this game and I could not stop thinking of this game. I really like this game because like counter strike, the main goal is to kill the enemies using weapons like guns, swords, bombs, and many more.

Of all the computer games that I played, my one and only favorite is DOTA ALLSTARS. It is an offline game. I learned this game from my classmates and friends. Almost everyday, I play this game and I can’t stop thinking about it and I’m really not in the mood if I can’t play this game because this game became my inspiration because in this game, you will learn the importance of teamwork. Due to my addiction to this game, I really saved money from my daily allowance so that I can buy a cd installer and install the game in our personal computer. My savings then was enough and I was able to buy the cd installer and I was able to install it in our computer. When it was completely installed in our computer, I was very happy and I immediately played the game and almost everyday, I wake up early and sleep late just to play the game.

A friend of mine then introduced to me NBA Live. It is a game about basketball. It was also a nice game and I was addicted to it because I love playing basketball. Even my younger sister was addicted to it because she also loves to play basketball. Even though I play NBA Live, I still play DOTA because as what I’ve said, it is my favorite among all.

When I was in second year high school, my classmates introduced to me another online game which is Ran Online. Just like the other games, I played it and was addicted to it. Until now, I’m still addicted to it and I save a lot of money just to play this game. I’m super addicted to this game. I was addicted to Gunbound, Gunz, and other online games but nothing can compare to my addiction to Ran Online because it is really fun and I like it’s graphics because the people are like real and I really like the effects. But though I’m super addicted to this game until now, I still play DOTA. I will never forget DOTA because it is part of my life.

About Me

Hello everyone! This is my first blog entry and I want to start by giving you a bit of background of my self. My name is Aiden Bruce Tallo. My parents got my first name, which is Aiden from an author of a book. My second name is from a martial arts master named Bruce Lee. I am 14 years of age and I was born on October 29, 1992. I am tall, not so handsome, silent and I wear eyeglasses.

I have two beautiful sisters and I am the only boy among my siblings. My father’s name is Lowell M. Tallo and my mother’s name is Ruth A. Tallo. We are a family of giants as some people call us. My dad stands 5’9 and my mom is 5’8. No wonder that we, the children are also tall. I am now standing 5’5, my older sister is 5’7 at sixteen years old and my younger sister is 5’3 at twelve years old. We are really a family of giants.

I am a silent person. I really don’t talk that much. I’m always running out of words. Sometimes, my friends are bored when they’re with me because I really don’t talk a lot and I really don’t know how to start a conversation. Because of my silence, I keep so many problems to my self and I just forget them without letting other people know about it. That’s why sometimes, my friends ask me why I’m not in the mood. I don’t really answer them properly but deep inside there is something telling me that it’s because of the problems that I keep inside my heart and I don’t know how to deal with these problems. But sometimes, if I’m in the mood, I really talk a lot and it seems like I can’t stop talking.

I really love music. In fact, I play some musical instruments like acoustic guitar, flute, base guitar and especially, my favorite, the drums. I really love playing musical instruments because playing instruments makes me happy. Aside from playing musical instruments, I also love to play computer games like DOTA, Ran Online, and many more! I am really addicted to computer games. I also love animals. In our house, I have three adult dogs, six cute puppies, and two female cats. Before, we had a lot of chickens but now we don’t have chickens anymore because we already ate them all.

During weekends, I usually play computer games but sometimes, I practice with a band at church. When I grow up, I want to create my own band with me as the drummer of course and my older sister as the vocalist and my other sister as the guitarist. I also love playing basketball but I’m not that good yet. I really want to be a basketball player someday and probably enter NBA or PBA. I also play soccer but again, I’m not that good yet.
